Below are different registration forms. Please fill out the INITIAL REGISTRATION, then you need to fill out a registration form for each week of camp you are interested in attending. This is the ONLY way I can keep track of numbers. You don’t have to pay until the week before camp, but if I don’t have a registration on file for that week I will fill available spots. If I don’t have payment prior to camp I will also fill your spots. You my click on the buy now, or send a check or pay by cash there is a $10 discount for cash. Below the payment and registration forms is our barn liability form, you can print that out and bring that to your lessons or first day of camp. HORSE CAMP WEEKLY REGISTRATION THIS MUST BE FILLED OUT OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE REGISTERED A SPACE IN THE CAMP, each week has it’s own registration form. These are short forms, but allow me to track the numbers without it I can’t tell how many students have signed up. Payment is due the week prior to camp, $10 discounts for Cash. If you want to drop cash early, I have a locked mail box at 4808 Knights Way, put your email on the envelope and I will email you a receipt.
